Senior Product Manager, Customer Journey

Ford is looking for a Product Leader to drive forward a new startup within the Digital Product space, focused on the end to end customer journey. The team is looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Product Manager who loves to innovate and drive products in the Customer Journey space forward to the next generation, ultimately changing tens of millions of customers lives.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for defining strategy, managing a portfolio of large products, enhancing/creating new customer experiences to drive meaningful improvement in business performance, analyzing data, and coordinating a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to fulfill the vision. The ideal candidate will also be customer-obsessed, will have an ability to operate strategically and tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This ideal candidate will also have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in an ambiguous and dynamic business environment.

The minimum requirements we seek: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study 5+ years of product management experience Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end to end product delivery
