ClubLabs is the acceleration team for Auto Club Enterprises, also known as AAA. We are the team responsible for developing products and enhancing member experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We are a team of engineers, designers, researchers, and product managers within AAA delivering maximum value to our members and business for a smarter future.
The Sr. Product Manager for Emerging Product Innovation will spearhead the development of new, forward-thinking products that address long-term trends and untapped market opportunities. This role requires a visionary approach to product management, focusing on innovations that will shape the future of AAA’s product portfolio. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for researching, identifying, and designing products on the horizon for long-term development opportunities.
What You Will Do:
Execute AAA’s product development strategy and vision for our Emerging products in Membership, Insurance and Travel.
Design bold, forward-looking product strategy for emerging products, identifying opportunities and threats that may impact our industries and organization.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand future industry and emerging trends.
Lead the ideation, validation and early-stage development of new product concepts.
Develop long-term product strategy roadmap with business stakeholders.
Build and manage future pipelines of high-potential innovation projects.
Manage a team of individual contributors and develop their growth and skill sets.
What You Will Need:
Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, quantitative or technical field (math, statistics, and computer science) or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
5+ years of product management and product development experience.
Proven experience in successfully researching and launching new products in multiple disciplines.
Strong understanding of product development process and methodologies.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross functional teams.
Requires a high degree of independent decision making and problem-solving skills.
Advanced ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data preferred.
Advanced ability to think strategically and transform strategy into actionable plans required.
Advanced technical skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and SQL preferred
Experience with Insurance, Travel, Financial, Automotive, Membership products and operations highly desired.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$152,800.00 - $203,700.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
