As the Senior Product Manager focused on our new Freemium experience, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share by designing and implementing features that engage users and motivate them to adopt healthier habits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a fun, engaging, and customized experience for a diverse, new user base. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a product from the ground up, leveraging gamification elements to enhance user interaction.
What you’ll be doing:
Building and refining a Freemium product experience that captures new users and drives engagement. Enhancing user engagement for both Freemium and paid users by creating a fun, motivating program. Driving the integration of gamification features such as streaks, challenges, and in-app rewards to create a motivating user experience. Partnering with a dedicated team of developers to communicate product specs, oversee feature builds, and ensure timely releases. Working with other teams, like user research and design, to develop product specifications that enhance user engagement. Running experiments and monitoring the performance of new features to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for iteration. Collaborating closely with marketing and growth teams to develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Monitoring market trends to inform product positioning and messaging.
What we’re looking for:
6+ years of product management experience, with a clear record of successful delivery and impact. Experience working on Freemium or subscription-based products. Strong background in engagement and gamification features (e.g., streaks, in-app currency, rewards). Previous experience at companies known for gamification is a plus. Ability to think creatively about how to make features engaging and fun for users. ‘Builder’ type experience at a prior startup, or 0-1 product experience. Comfortable working in a high degree of ambiguity and driving complex projects with a large number of stakeholders. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Scrappy (execution and outcome-focused), curious and teachable.

Base Salary
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$238,000. The range displayed on each job posting is based on Noom’s estimate as of the date of publication and reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills and behavioral competencies, and scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
