Senior Product Manager, Global Payroll and Procurement Products

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across various engineering and business teams to identify and drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long term product roadmaps. You will provide product leadership, quantify the impact of product features, and balance business needs against technical constraints. Key job responsibilities - Define the long-term vision and product strategy for our procurement products - Develop a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business and procurement goals - Create a feature request prioritization matrix focused on impact and entitlements - Lead the ideation and design of new procurement product features and capabilities to ensure a user-centric approach that starts with understanding user needs and pain points - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Monitor procurement product performance, gather user feedback to continually optimize and enhance features - Communicate the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in - Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field - Significant experience in product management - Deep understanding of product management and technology solutions - Expertise in product strategy development and roadmap management - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field - Experience in delivering end-to-end procurement product solutions - Experience working directly with procurement teams and leading procurement-focused product initiatives - Familiarity with procurement-specific software and technologies (e.g. e-procurement, supplier relationship management) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
