Senior Product Manager, Identity
**About the Role** The Identity team is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to own the partnership & enterprise identity space at Uber. You will be responsible for enabling a seamless experience for IAM (Identity and Access Management) related features for the millions of consumers & businesses that operate on our platform. The role demands a deep background in product management, leadership skills, the ability to operate in a highly technical environment, the ability to do user research and work collaboratively across many stakeholders around the world, and killer puzzle-solving and intuition. **What the Candidate Will Do** - Help build sophisticated identity solutions and scalable distributed systems and technologies to enable business to grow on Uber globally. - Create platform features to enable seamless and secure linking of a third party identity and Uber. - Distill vision and strategy for the team, get all members of the cross-functional team aligned and motivated. - Drive a cross-functional team to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals. - Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process. - Clearly communicate product plans, benefits and results to a spectrum of audiences including executives, product teams and other stakeholders across Uber. **Basic Qualifications** - 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise/partnership. - Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar. - Experience with A/B testing and using data and analytical abilities to help solve problems and make decisions. - Extensive experience working with cross functional and external stakeholders on a global scale. **Preferred Qualifications** - Technical background and experience with Identity domain, especially Enterprise. - Aptitude and excitement to constantly learn about new partnerships / products within Uber. - Ability to synthesize patterns across engagements to proactively build platform features to enable the next 10 partnerships. - MBA or equivalent business insight. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$174,000 per year - USD$193,500 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
