What You'll Do:Join our dynamic Retail Media Reporting team, whose mission is to empower advertisers and retailers to understand the impact of ad dollars on purchase behavior and take actions to optimize. You will work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to develop and scale our suite of insights products.
In this role, you will:
Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of insights-driven features and products that enable advertisers and retailers to understand their performance and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with platform teams to transform performance data into actionable insights, highlighting trends, opportunities, and recommendations.
Engage with internal teams and clients to understand user needs and prioritize features that align with our mission.
Define product requirements, working closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Partner with go-to-market teams to drive adoption of insights tools and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about the evolving retail media landscape, leveraging industry trends to inform your product strategy.
Who You Are:5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, data, or ad tech products.
Experience with attribution products is a strong plus
Proven experience working on data, reporting, or insights products with a focus on driving business outcomes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
A user-first approach to product management, ensuring the solutions you deliver address real customer needs.
A track record of delivering products from concept to launch and scaling adoption successfully.
Familiarity with retail media, advertising, or e-commerce is a strong plus but not required.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$148,000 - $185,000
