Senior Product Manager, Network Quality

Why this role is important to Field Nation:The Senior Product Manager, Network Quality role will own Marketplace Quality within our platform. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish a clear and trusted definition of quality across the marketplace, launch key initiatives to improve provider quality, and ensure a thriving network of providers capable of meeting demand. You will drive critical programs and product investments, including tools and incentives to help Providers monitor and improve their quality, as well as tools to monitor and optimize marketplace network quality.What you'll get to do:Own and enhance the Marketplace Quality systems to ensure Buyers consistently have access to enough qualified Providers in every market.Lead customer research initiatives with your design counterparts to gather qualitative feedback and identify opportunities to introduce and enhance tools and incentives to help Providers monitor and improve their quality.Build dashboards and analyze key data for marketplace quality, to uncover insights that will inform feature work.Design, plan, and execute experiments to drive quality improvements throughout the marketplace. Other factors we consider in setting the specific pay for an individual will generally include, among other things, experience, specialized skills, work location, and internal equity to provide competitive offers. This may result in us hiring someone with less or more experience than the job description states.
