Senior Product Manager, Pricing & Churn

The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Sr PM) to lead our Pricing & Churn team. This team is responsible for 100% of our revenue growth initiatives, including global pricing work, payment infrastructure and testing, reactivating churned users, and optimizing checkout experiences. The role spikes heavily on analytical rigor and on developing solutions that optimize revenue internationally, as a substantial part of our revenue comes from markets outside the US (though the US is our single largest market). Key ResponsibilitiesStrategize, define, and prioritize the product roadmap for the Pricing & Churn teamLead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and dataIdeate and oversee the development, planning, and design of new features and techniques from concept to marketUtilize product metrics to guide decision-making and evaluate successCraft product requirements for MVPs and feature enhancementsContribute to the overarching product strategyDrive business impact; help us attract and retain our users!RequirementsMinimum 5 years of B2C online product management experienceProven expertise in working on B2C products serving millions of usersExceptional communication skills, both written and oralA previous stint working in monetization-related growth work (pricing, payments, subscriptions, product marketing through checkout, churn reactivation)Technical understanding and ability to engage in high-level technical discussionsDemonstrated ability to make a significant business impactCustomer-centric approach with a knack for data-driven validationExtensive experience with A/B testingStartup experience is essentialNice to HavesExperience in Edtech or AcademiaA stint in growth-stage tech companies during a ‘high-growth’ period, particularly B2C subscription businessesPrevious experience working in growth (product) functions$190,000 - $230,000 a yearEnjoy a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package - including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents, Generous Paid Time Off and Flexible Work Arrangements.
