We are looking for a stellar Senior Product Manager to focus on core TPA products, including our proprietary claims processing engine. Our goal is to provide the most configurable, reliable, and easy to use benefits administration experience for our customers.
As a Senior Product Manager, you'll work closely with our engineering, design, data science, analytics, operations, and commercial teams to continually enhance our products and optimize healthcare value for employers, as well as employees and their dependents. You'll work closely with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team to gather, structure, and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders to execute your roadmap across our deep technology stack and deliver industry-leading service at scale.
What you'll do: Own and drive the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for our TPA cost containment initiatives (Utilization Management, Payment Integrity, Others) in close collaboration with TPA business and other product leads. Grow our carved out UM offering at CH. Build best-in-class, compliant, and value added TPA products to help employers by administering their plans with accuracy, transparency, and plan sponsor savings. Empathetically collaborate with business, product, and subject matter experts to gather and execute product requirements TPA cost containment products and compliance efforts. Center the voice of the customer in your work by pulling from and continually seeking out feedback through interviews, user testing, and other research means. Be the evangelist for your product area across all areas of the organization to find breakthrough opportunities for shared learning, partnership, and celebration. Partner with design, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to ensure that features are delivered with high quality, scalability, and efficiency. Communicate progress and maintain accountability to stakeholders, functional owners, and internal team members. To be successful in this role, you'll need: 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology product management Deep expertise in managing, analyzing, and reporting on complex data for actionable insights Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Excellent problem solving and communication skills Fervent passion to solve healthcare challenges to improve the lives of others Adaptability to thrive in highly complex and changing environments Familiarity with enterprise software development, experience with data-based products highly preferred Familiarity with operating in regulated industries (HIPAA, FINRA, CCPA, etc.) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously Pay Transparency StatementThis is a hybrid position based out of one of our offices: San Francisco, CA, Plano, TX, or Lehi, UT. Hybrid employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Plano, TX) or two days per week (San Francisco, CA and Lehi, UT). #LI-hybrid
The actual pay rate offered within the range will depend on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
