What You'll Do:We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy for Criteo’s global User Management system. In this role, you will drive the transformation from platform-specific solutions to a centralized Criteo user profile system, enabling flexible, permission-based access and ensuring holistic management across all touchpoints—from employee onboarding to client portfolio management.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Holistic User Management Strategy
Lead the vision and execution of a centralized user profile system, unifying access across Criteo’s platforms.
Oversee the transition from role-based access control to a permissions-only model, enhancing user flexibility and control.
Drive Seamless Onboarding and Access
Optimize user onboarding workflows for new employees, internal tools, and client platforms.
Lead the development of self-service SSO federation solutions, enabling enterprise clients to manage their own users seamlessly.
Enhance System Integration and Compliance
Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, Legal, and IT teams to ensure secure and compliant user experiences across all solutions.
Align user management practices with data privacy regulations like GDPR.
Enable Portfolio and Permission Management
Design tools for managing user access across client portfolios and internal tools, empowering business teams with flexibility and control.
Measure and Optimize
Define success metrics to assess the impact of user management initiatives and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Innovate and Collaborate
Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine and enhance the user management system.
Who You Are:Holistic Product Vision: Ability to think strategically and manage user management systems at an enterprise level.
Product Management Expertise: 4+ years in product management, ideally in SaaS, AdTech, or related industries.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SSO, permissions-based systems, and data privacy best practices.
Change Leadership: Experience driving transitions from legacy systems to modern, scalable solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive mindset for identifying inefficiencies and delivering scalable solutions.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
Collaboration Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with global teams and vendors.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Confidence in using metrics to guide strategies and demonstrate impact

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$125,500 - $172,200
