As a Senior Product Manager on the Coupa Pay team, you will help manage and grow our Coupa Pay Partner Ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partner integration teams. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savviness; a big-picture vision and an internal drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy digging deeper, collaborating, rolling up your sleeves, and getting it done.What you will do: Manage and expand the Coupa Pay partner ecosystem by identifying and onboarding strategic payment partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with payment partners, acting as the main point of contact for integration-related discussions and requirements.Collaborate closely with external partners to understand their systems, process integration requirements, and workflows, ensuring alignment with our platform.Develop comprehensive technical specifications and work with development teams to build out partner integrations, while adhering to best practices, compliance standards, while keeping user experiences in mind.Provide technical guidance and support internal teams and stakeholders related to partner integrations.Handle customer escalations, troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to payment integrations.What you will bring to Coupa: 10+ years of experience working with integration technologies, with at least 2 of those in Product Management at the PM or Senior PM level.Proven hands-on experience in architecting large-scale process integrations involving system-to-system integration in the payment space.Proficiency in working with sFTP, RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, Logging, and SQL.Strong sense of ownership, biased towards action, and ability to collaborate with others.Enthusiasm for learning, self-starting, and thriving in a fast-moving company environment.Preferred Skills:Experience and understanding of Finance and Procurement functional areas such as Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Expenses, Accounts Payable, and Payments is a strong plus.Knowledge and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business Suite, or Netsuite is a plus.Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture concepts, including ITIL and TOGAF, is a plus.Experience working with cloud hosting platforms such as AWS or similar is a plus.#LI-Hybrid#LI-RK3
