Customer & Market Insight: You understand and fulfill customer needs Fluency with Data: When assessing a product opportunity, you know how to formulate the right business questions that should be asked, and then how to track down data that can inform a decision. You can effectively balance feedback from users with the business needs of the company, and make the right trade-off decisions. UX Design: You can use low-fidelity tools (whiteboard, Miro) to outline a design approach for a project, and then work with your team to translate that into a higher-fidelity representation of the feature. You understand the role that design plays in explaining product functionality to the user, and you work with design to create products that are easy to understand and use. Understand Market Opportunities & Competitive Landscape: Know and be able to communicate the market dynamics and competitive landscape. Understand where Tebra sits competitively, and be able to deliver an accurate SWOT analysis to drive the opportunities across our competitive landscape.  Product Strategy: You deliver business impact via product innovation Business Outcome Ownership: You drive for business results with a view towards holistic product success. You can not only assess results and define next steps, but also can make decisions that take into account team and company level trade-offs. You can clearly articulate to your peers why your current work is important to the company. Product Vision and Roadmapping: You are responsible for crafting a near-term product roadmap that aligns with the broader team and company goals. You understand how to make trade-off decisions that maximize value. You define a clear vision for your product area. Strategic Impact: You make a meaningful impact to the strategy through day-to-day product execution and through your contributions to the roadmap. You are an excellent communicator adjusting the delivery for varying levels of the organization.  Stakeholder Management: You can not only identify the stakeholders that must be consulted on your project, but can predict their feedback and make sure you have a plan to address it before reaching out. You seek to find product solutions that strike the right balance of stakeholder needs. You can effectively escalate when a solution cannot be found. You can coordinate with third party vendors and strategic partners to ensure that initiatives are well-defined and delivered. Team leadership: You seek out informal opportunities to mentor more junior members of your team, helping to guide the project execution. You can lead cross-functional teams to drive holistic product success.  Managing up: You are able to build buy-in and support for your projects from senior leaders both within and outside the product organization.
