\nFluorine Products: We manufacture a diverse range of tailor-made complex fluorine salts and have the capability to custom manufacture these derivatives to meet specific customer requests. In industrial applications, our fluorides are used as metal surface treatments, cleaners, glass etchants, wood preservatives, and insecticides.
\nPosition Overview:
\nAs a Sr. Offering Manager at Honeywell, you will have a crucial role in driving customer discovery, New Product Development (NPD) execution, and New Product Introduction (NPI) acceleration. Your primary responsibilities will include driving organic and inorganic growth, understanding unmet or under-met needs in target markets through customer discovery, working with the global team on the product roadmap to meet these needs, assessing willingness to pay, and developing go-to-market strategies. You will develop deep understanding of target markets including sizing, segmentation, and offering value compared to the next best alternative. Additionally, you will play a key role in accelerating NPI by determining positioning and pricing and enabling on-time product launches by working with the supply chain, engineering, operations, procurement, sales and marketing teams to drive effective marketing campaigns and sales enablement.

\nIdeal Candidate Experience:
\n\nProven experience (typically 10+ years) in product management, with a focus on new product introduction or launch.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.\nExecute product strategies and roadmaps.\nConduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.\nKey Responsibilities:
\nNew Product Strategy and Planning:
\n\nDevelop and execute the NPI strategy aligned with the company's overall product roadmap and business goals.\nConduct market research, define market sizing (total addressable market (TAM,) serviceable addressable market (SAM), serviceable obtainable market (SOM)), competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify new product opportunities.\nDefine product requirements, features, and specifications based on market needs and customer feedback.\nEffectively plan and conduct Voice-of-the-Customer (VOC); choose focus topics, identify & recruit participants, understand customer needs & pain points our offering solves, executes the interviews, and debriefs the interviews.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership:
\n\nLead cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales throughout the NPI process.\nDrive collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on product development milestones, timelines, and deliverables.\nServe as the primary point of contact and advocate for the new product within the organization.\n\nProject Management and Execution:
\n\nDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for NPI projects.\nMonitor progress against milestones, identify risks, and proactively address issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.\nCoordinate beta testing, pilot programs, and market trials to validate product performance and gather customer feedback.\n\nCommercialization and Go-to-Market Strategy:
\n\nPartner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales collateral for new products.\nDrive product launch activities including sales training, customer education, and promotional campaigns.\nMonitor post-launch performance, collect feedback, and iterate on product features and marketing strategies as needed.\n\nContinuous Improvement and Analysis:
\n\nConduct post-launch reviews and analysis to evaluate the success of NPI projects against established metrics and KPIs.\nIdentify opportunities for product enhancements, process improvements, and cost optimization.\nStay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities related to new product introductions.\nYOU MUST HAVE:
\n\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in product management or related roles.\nProven track record in customer discovery, NPD execution, and NPI acceleration.\nExperience in developing business case financials and creating offering roadmaps.\nWE VALUE:
