ABOUT THIS ROLE You will be leading high-impact initiatives to improve audiobook discovery experiences across Amazon, helping book shoppers find their next favorite listen. You will drive the product vision and roadmap, partnering with stakeholders across Audible and Amazon to deliver engaging features that delight customers and drive key business metrics. This is a highly visible role that will require an customer-obsessed mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to influence without authority. As a Senior Product Manager, you will... - Own the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of Audible's discovery experiences on Amazon, which may include search, browse, recommendations, promotions and new discovery mechanisms - Partner with product, engineering, science, design and business teams across Audible and Amazon to advocate for the needs of audiobook listeners and drive alignment on priorities - Analyze data to identify opportunities, define success metrics, and measure the impact of product enhancements - Communicate product plans, insights and results to senior leadership and diverse set of stakeholders ABOUT AUDIBLE Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of end to end product delivery experience Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders - Proficiency with analytics software and A/B testing - Experience working with applied science, UX, and analytics teams - Versatile communication skills to both lead discussions with technical teams and distill complex concepts to a broad non-technical audience - Experience with content discovery products (search, personalization) and / or applied generative AI Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
