Senior Product Manager

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

Our Client Technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to oversee Quad’s next generation order management system, which serves retail and health care customers. This person will be responsible for implementation and support of the new OMS platform as well as guide the support and retirement of legacy systems. This position will report to the Client Technology team’s Executive Director of Product Management and will have multiple direct reports. Organizational and communication skills are essential to success in this role, which will coordinate frequently with other teams at Quad and interact with Quad’s customers regularly. Some travel will be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include:

Coordinating with Client Technology team’s solutions architects on the direction and strategy for Quad’s order management systemImplementing and supporting Quad’s order management systemCoordinating with other Quad teams on retirement of legacy software platformsOverseeing the support of legacy software platforms until their retirementCollecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other team members to shape roadmap and featuresDefining requirements and setting priorities for development teams, including participation in Agile ceremoniesWorking with developers to ensure that deadlines are met and quality is excellentAssisting with the discovery process at Quad customersWriting statements of work and reviewing contractsProviding documentation for software platformsCoordinating with other Quad teams who serve the same customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum of 10 years of experience in management, operational leadership, product management or project managementStrong project management skills and business acumen.Strong oral, written, and presentation skillsProven track record of initiating and maintaining relationships within all levels of a complex organizationCommitment to diversity, equity and inclusion effortsBackground in retail in-store marketing preferredExperience in Agile methodologies and frameworks preferredBackground in software development preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL preferred
