**Key Responsibilities:**
Product Strategy, Roadmap & Lifecycle Management
+ Define and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with emerging healthcare trends, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to craft a forward-thinking product strategy and maintain a dynamic, prioritized roadmap.
+ Lead all phases of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), ensuring an effective balance between innovation, technical feasibility, and business impact.
+ Align product initiatives with business objectives, revenue targets, and measurable customer success metrics.
Voice of the Customer & User Research
+ Conduct in-depth user research and gather insights to translate real-world healthcare challenges into actionable product opportunities.
+ Serve as the “voice of the customer,” driving the design of intuitive, user-centered features that resonate with healthcare professionals.
+ Collaborate with physicians, EMRs, and ecosystem partners to ensure solutions address workflow, compliance, and interoperability needs.
+ Lead customer interviews, focus groups, and surveys to validate product-market fit and refine solutions based on direct user input.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
+ Act as the key decision-maker for product initiatives, balancing diverse input from customer success, services, marketing, sales, engineering, UI/UX and clinical teams.
+ Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, customers, and industry partners to gather feedback and validate solutions.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, alignment on goals, and delivery of high-quality products.
+ Present product updates, key risks, and trade-offs to executive leadership, fostering alignment and trust across the organization.
Business Case & Financial Management
+ Develop robust business cases, including P&L, pricing strategies, and financial models, to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
+ Monitor product performance through KPIs and post-launch data analysis to drive iterative improvements.
Risk & Compliance Management
+ Identify and mitigate risks related to product functionality, data security, and healthcare regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, MIPS).
+ Ensure adherence to ethical standards and governance protocols, particularly for AI/ML models.
Launch & Post-Launch Optimization
+ Lead go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing and sales teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.
+ Oversee post-launch activities, including support, enhancements, and continuous optimization based on data insights.
+ Serve as a product evangelist, championing your product internally and externally to enhance visibility and market impact.
Team Leadership & Development
+ Mentor and develop Product Owners and Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence.
+ Identify opportunities to refine product management processes, improving efficiency and scalability.
+ Contribute to the overall product strategy, team development, and organizational growth as a leader within the team.
**Requirements:**
Experience & Expertise
+ 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of success in SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead complex, high-impact products through the full lifecycle in an Agile environment.
+ Deep knowledge of user-centric product development and healthcare compliance standards.
Technical Acumen
+ Expertise in AI/ML technologies and data-driven decision-making, with a focus on delivering impactful healthcare solutions.
+ Strong analytical skills and a metrics-driven approach to assessing product success.
Leadership Skills
+ Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven capacity to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
+ Strong decision-making skills to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and deliver results in high-stakes situations.
Education
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 120,500.00 - 223,900.00
