Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our customer service and risk teams, managing two pods. This role involves owning outcomes, coordinating digital operations, and facilitating operational elements within a leading bank. You will work with APIs, tech infrastructure, and manage customer journeys, particularly in the context of risk and fraud management.
Responsibilities:
Existing Customer and Agent Platforms: Manage and maintain platforms for both customers and agents.
Daily Banking Account Management: Oversee the daily operations of banking account management.
Agent Platform SID: Utilize the system used by the contact center for fraud management capabilities and overall management.
Team Management: Oversee two pods, each focused on specific outcomes: Risk/Fraud and Customer Experience teams.
Operational Focus: Coordinate operational elements of digital products within PCF, facilitating and managing daily tasks.
Customer Experience: Lead the customer experience team, working closely with design and product teams to ensure a seamless user journey.
Technical Expertise: Work with backend-focused teams, APIs, and tech infrastructure. Ensure the customer journey and risk management are aligned with technical requirements.
Risk Management: Manage the risk pod, focusing on fraud rules and their impact on customer experience. Implement authentication measures to keep customer journeys secure.
Key Accomplishments within 12 Months:
Roadmap Development: Define and deliver the 2026 roadmap, aligning with stakeholders and ensuring successful project delivery.
Backlog Management: Build and manage backlogs across customer service and risk management, implementing new solutions and aligning with leadership.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure alignment with stakeholders on new roadmap initiatives and executive-level priorities.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner
Banking experience
Experience with backend-focused teams and working with APIs and tech infrastructure
Strong understanding of customer journeys and risk management
Ability to partner with the business to manage backlogs and align on business cases for risk and fraud tools Experience in banking, fraud, or risk management null
