Senior Product Manager
A Day in the Life: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Software Product Manager to lead the charge in developing next-generation solutions that bridge the gap between traditional vehicle rentals and the future of mobility. In this role, you will design and deliver products that support flexible fleet utilization, autonomous and connected vehicle technology, and seamless integrations with rideshare and delivery platforms. Working closely with engineering, operations, and partner organizations, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products are scalable, intuitive, and deeply impactful. From improving operational efficiencies to creating a best-in-class driver experience, you’ll be at the helm of delivering transformative solutions that align with our ambitious growth plans. What You'll Do: + Define and own the product vision and roadmap for mobility-focused rental solutions, driving innovation across software platforms and connected car technologies. + Lead the development of tools and integrations that empower rideshare drivers and delivery professionals to access vehicles seamlessly, efficiently, and affordably. + Deeply understand business performance metrics including unit level economics to ensure products align with profitability goals and support the company's growth strategy. + Build customer-centric digital experiences, such as streamlined booking processes, flexible rental options, and app-based fleet access. + Partner with rideshare and delivery companies to design scalable integrations, ensuring our fleet meets their evolving needs for driver mobility and efficiency. + Monitor industry trends in autonomous vehicles, EVs, and connected technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation. + Leverage data insights to prioritize impactful features, refine user experiences, and improve fleet utilization. + Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to ensure product launches align with customer and partner expectations. What We're looking For: + 5-7 years of experience in the technology industry, and a B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent + Ability to own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a product of limited to moderate complexity + Strong communication skills. You must be able to work with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and explain outcomes + Strong product sense. You must be able to align your work with business objectives and make appropriate tradeoffs + Learning mentality. You must be able to pick up new skills as needed and demonstrate a curiosity about new technologies We expect the starting salary to be around $145,000 to $185,000 with annual bonus and profit sharing eligibility.
