The Bing Places team is on a mission to empower people and organizations everywhere to explore, navigate, and connect in the physical world. We are responsible for building and enhancing the most comprehensive index of local businesses from around the globe to enhance the geospatial awareness of Microsoft AI and Microsoft Bing Search.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our initiatives in data collection, conflation, attribute quality, and measurement programs aimed at developing the most reliable index of local businesses. This index will support the future of AI-generated geospatial experiences. The role will focus on aligning product plans with the requirements of high-end and internal customers, optimizing data quality and richness, which will be demonstrated through measurable improvements and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with a dynamic and research-oriented team that highly values curiosity, creativity, and a growth mindset.

**Responsibilities**
+ Thought leadership, along with crafting & communicating vision, strategy, roadmap and recognized as an expert in your area of ownership.
+ Customer focus, i.e. understand customer needs and competitive landscape, to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.
+ Ability to influence product and process transformation across organizational boundaries bringing clarity where ambiguity exists
+ Critical thinking & creative problem-solving being open-minded and collaborating in an inclusive manner.
+ Data-driven decision-making, i.e. understanding the metrics deeply and applying them appropriately according to the situation.
**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of Product Management experience working on products consumed by multiple internal and external customers where multiple needs are researched, analyzed, benchmarked and eventually balanced to achieve business goals.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Product Management experience working on data products including leading quality, growth and enhanced capability efforts.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
