FastTrack for M365 has a primary worldwide role in driving and executing the onboarding of M365 technologies at scale across our customers and partners while working side by side with multiple Microsoft engineering, data analysis, marketing, sales, support, and operational teams. As a **Senior Product Manager** , you will manage Microsoft 365 Copilot products for FastTrack within the Product Management discipline. In this role, you will be responsible for driving changes to the FastTrack customer benefits, processes, and tools, ensuring that FastTrack is successful in helping customers deploy and get value from Microsoft 365 Copilot offerings. Your expertise will be crucial in enabling customers to quickly and securely realize the value of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its impact on productivity, creativity, and time - with a key focus area of Microsoft 365 Copilot Extensibility scenarios.
Your responsibilities include creating and executing the FastTrack roadmap strategy for Microsoft 365 Copilot. You will collaborate with all FastTrack functions, product engineering, and cross-organizational stakeholders (Field, Marketing, and Finance) to define and launch FastTrack benefit improvements. You will work alongside business and data analytics to identify and drive key success metrics. Additionally, you will work with Engineering teams to align to strategy and drive product improvements.

**Responsibilities**
+ Define the long-term vision and strategy for FastTrack’s Microsoft 365 Copilot benefit based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and user research, the competitive landscape, and Microsoft and FastTrack’s business goals and strategy.
+ Engage with technical, sales, engineering, field and marketing executives to gather input and garner support for FastTrack’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
+ Create epics, features and user stories with a deep understanding of the product architecture to design integrated scenarios.
+ Measure performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), monitor and report on progress (e.g., business reviews), and drive productive courses of action to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation.
+ Leverage customer listening systems to develop and share insights on product performance and customer needs.
+ Deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of proven ability to develop product strategy and roadmap, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
+ 5+ years of collaboration and relationship management skills for making change happen in a highly matrixed environment.
+ 5+ years of ability to communicate complex details clearly and effectively with leadership and technical decision makers.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI assistants, Graph Connectors, Copilot Studio, and Agents preferred.
+ Experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes.
+ Experience in product-led growth, experimentation, and data driven decision making.
+ Background in data analysis and reporting.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
