Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Product Manager

About the role:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the management of the entire lifecycle of a product, from conception to launch and beyond. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and is responsible for the delivery of commercial objectives. Key duties include understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; collaborating with cross-functional teams such as medical, sales, supply chain, regulatory and other relevant functions to manage the brand; and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions, strategies, and tactics.
How you will contribute:
Develops marketing strategies and corresponding marketing plans and activities for products handled, based on a solid understanding of the customer and healthcare professional journey
Designs commercial programs to address identified gaps from the consumer and HCP journeys. Responsible for crafting omni-channel engagement plans, aligned to insights of target audience.
Provides direction & oversight to ensure effective field force execution. Partners strongly with Sales leadership to ensure commercial program execution and effective distribution and operations to ensure products reach the customers in a timely manner
Responsible for the brand communications plan. Provides oversight on key messages, tactics, content, and channel to be used for effective delivery. These include but are not limited to in-clinic communication, online, and traditional media.
Provides leadership among cross functional team to ensure alignment on tactics to the brand plan. Drives execution among cross functional team per brand and operational plan.
Works closely with regulatory, supply chain, distribution, and other relevant functions to ensure the products are available in a timely manner to ensure delivery of commercial objectives.
Set KPIs to measure performance and leads brand and business planning to ensure delivery of commercial and performance objectives.
Manages the brand’s A&P budget aligned to the brand and portfolio strategy
Engages and develops Key Opinion Leaders, speakers and advisory boards
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor
What you bring to Takeda:
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any science or business course
At least 3-4 years of experience in vaccines / pediatric brand management
At least 1-2 years of experience in consumer and digital activation
