**Position Summary**
Join the Digital Personalization Analytics team for an opportunity to leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem solving to grow digital engagement through the enterprise Super App.
As a product manager on the AI team, you’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance personalization capabilities and enable new AI-based app features. As a team supporting the CVS Super App, you’ll be exposed to all the business units within CVS Health. You’ll partner closely with business partners to:
+ Understand their problems and translate to analytics solutions
+ Analyze customer journeys to identify opportunities to drive app adoption, engagement, retention and conversion.
+ Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML engineers to build personalization capabilities using AI and machine learning to personalize the user experience
+ Design online experiments (A/B testing), measure, and optimize
+ Leverage techniques like causal inference to supplement experiments where AB testing is not possible or appropriate.
+ Articulate the impact and value of new digital personalization features to VP+ stakeholders
A successful candidate will be one which is able to think independently and critically, enjoys ambiguous problems with data, highly adaptable, and loves to collaborate with both technical and non-technical leaders.
**Additional responsibilities include** :
+ Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and broad knowledge of the organization and/or industry
+ Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive models, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metrics
+ Develops and participates in presentations with business partners to share analyses and drive product strategy
+ Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various formats
**Required Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of data mining experience utilizing Python and SQL
+ 3+ years of experience extracting actionable insights from the analysis and interpreting outcomes of complex models to present to business audiences including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders
+ 2+ years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering team to create modeling dataset, assess completeness and quality of data, and perform feature engineering
+ 2+ years of experience applying knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
+ 2+ years of experience with experimental design and measurement
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience designing online experiments (AB testing)
+ Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
+ Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members, and senior management
+ Ability to anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur
+ Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, experiment design, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas
**Education**
+ Master's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$111,240.00 - $222,480.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
