Job DescriptionVisa is seeking a Senior Manager to develop manage fleet enabler partnerships, regional implementation plans, and support global and regional teams. This role is targeted at Europe, Asia-Pacific (AP), and Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) regions and will be based in London, Paddington. It is crucial for accelerating go-to-market activities and ensuring successful product launches in these regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Regional Implementation Plans
Strategy Development: Support global and regional teams in developing enabler partners implementation strategies for priority markets and in Europe, AP, and CEMEA.Needs Assessment: Collaborate with regional and market teams to understand local fleet enabler partnership commercial opportunities, technical needs, and timelines.Support Regional Partnership Teams
Commercial Evaluation: Assist regional partnership teams in evaluating commercial terms and contracting with ecosystem enablers, including platforms, processors, and integrators in the targeted regions.Client Onboarding: Support enabler clients' onboarding, implementation, and execution phases post-sale to ensure smooth transitions, accurate data flows, and real-world transactions.Global Oversight of Enabler Partner Execution
Implementation Monitoring: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure enabler partner implementations are on track and meeting planned targets (PV/Revenue) in Europe, AP, and CEMEA.Reporting: Create status reports to track enabler partner progress across financial metrics, including PV and revenue.Problem Solving: Work with cross-functional teams to solve issues during program execution with partners.Proactive Management: Identify and address complex problems impacting the management and relationship of new enabler partners.Understand Visa Platform Topology
Platform Knowledge: Understand Visa platforms such as VisaNet (VIP and BASE II), Visa Fleet Merchant Discounts (RPM/ALM), VisaNet downstream systems (e.g., CMLS, VROL), Visa commercial solutions (Data Platform, APIs, Reporting/Insights), and internal partner systems (Merchant, Acceptance POS, Visa Token Services, VDP).Documentation and Support
Sales Support: Create documentation to support sales solutioning in the market, including presentations, technical proposals, and transaction lifecycle walkthroughs.Product Development: Develop documentation needed to support fleet enabler product development and launch, including flow diagrams, VBNs, and client presentations.Customer Engagement
Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet customer requirements.Smooth Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and execution for fleet enablement partners.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
