We are looking for a staff/senior product manager to join our growing product management team. The mission of the Data Lineage Team is to provide customers transparency into their data flows by building integrations to ingest and process metadata and lineage from popular SQL data sources, BI, and ETL tools. This role will engage with Collibra’s global customer base to develop a product roadmap that maximizes customer adoption. You will collaborate with design, engineering, field teams and other product teams to drive execution on the product roadmap, while working with teams spanning across different regions including Europe and North America.

Staff/Senior Product Managers at Collibra are responsible for Developing a product strategy and roadmap for Data Lineage Integrations. Leading product planning and execution Understanding our customer pain points and contribute to their solutions Analysis of the APIs available from third party BI and ETL tools, and documenting the integration approach Evolving the automated extraction of lineage from transformations in SQL dialects. Collaborating with the product team including engineers, architects, and designers. Prioritizing the product backlog with the inputs from customers, field teams and market research. Tracking and managing progress, risks, and dependencies of product deliverables Finding the right balance between new features, product quality, and operational efficiency using a data-driven approach You Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or related experience at enterprise SaaS software companies with focus on data and data management Comfortable owning and developing a product domain strategy and roadmap. Experience in either metadata or lineage integrations with common cloud data platforms, Databases, BI or ETL tools, is preferred Able to balance short-term goals and long-term vision. Experience capturing and analyzing requirements (internal and external) and translating them into a viable product. Good presentation skills to a wide range of audiences. Experience supporting a high-growth field team Enjoy creatively solving customer escalations Worked in a multicultural and diverse environment You Are Customer driven and passionate about helping our customers be successful Data-driven in decision making and strategic planning Able to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
