This position can be located at either our **Germantown, MD** or **Lisle, IL** offices. **Responsibilities:** + Develop and communicate a clear, actionable product vision and strategy for aviation solutions in line with company goals and market needs. + Own and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives, market trends, and customer feedback. + Manage the product life cycle from concept to obsolescence. + Craft compelling go-to-market strategies, create product documentation, and train internal teams to communicate the value of the products effectively. + Leverage knowledge of satellite communication systems to guide product design, development, and integration. Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with market needs. + Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct market research, and assess competitive products to inform product selection and ensure our offerings remain innovative and competitive. + Manage strong relationships with customers, aircraft manufacturers, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and meeting their needs and expectations. **Basic Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, business administration, or a related field. + 8+ years of relevant work experience. + Prior experience managing all phases of the aviation product lifecycle, including product research, design, development, testing, certification, production, maintenance and support. + Prior experience in product development, roadmap development, and/or market research. ​ **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in engineering, aerospace, business administration, or a related field. + Strong knowledge of in-flight entertainment and connectivity systems and satellite communication technology. + Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders to establish concurrence. Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies.
