The Product Manager for Instrumentation and Valve Automation is responsible for the profitability and multi-generation product strategy to deliver long term profitability for valve positioners, actuators, and other accessories

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Owning profitability, growth, life-cycle strategy, new segment penetration, MGPP, and overall competitiveness of the valve automation and control products.Leading development of growth strategies for Masoneilan, Becker, Mooney and Consolidated instrumentation products.Developing, communicate, and execute the MGPP (Multi-Generation Product Plan)Understanding the current market position and derive growthLeading NPI activities from inception through commercializationDriving global product manufacturing strategy including TOW (Transfer of Work activities)

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have 5 years of product management experience, owning instrumentation product technologiesHave 5 years experience working in supply chain for materials management, inventory and supplier relations preferredHave experience in relevant industry/product markets preferredBe able to travel up to 25%Display proven leadership with global teams
