Job Description

The Senior Product Manager iTind Commercialization will work collaboratively with peers across the globe within Olympus to align global commercial strategies to regional execution and expansion plans and create and execute global commercial strategies & product launch materials that include a global launch package, product value proposition refinement, training plans, sales collateral, and messaging to drive awareness. As a Senior Global Product Manager, this individual will be providing clear direction to the team and all downstream regional partners on all business deliverable/requirements and design control requirements for the iTind device/procedure.

Job Duties Independently develop commercial strategies to support iTind geographic expansion and optimization of launched products in market Independently own day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams, as well as regional partners on business deliverable/requirements under your scope of responsibility for global commercialization -  fostering relationships and increasing collaboration and involvement in all GTM activities Independently own, develop and deliver launch packages to regional partners that includes pitch packs, tools, and campaign collateral. Performs analyses on existing programs to determine future opportunities. Ensure all content and launch strategies include customer-centric marketing (with regional steering) to launch strong value messaging. Manage relationships with global thought leaders who will champion iTind and act as advisors during the commercialization phase.  Partner with global marketing and regional marketing counterparts to create materials and tools for GTM product execution - align with BU priorities to support key initiatives. Create commercial response materials & strategies to address rising competitive threats & changing market trends. Manage together with Global and Regional MarCom Business Partners the collaboration with digital and PR agencies to prepare and execute iTind D2P and HCP global campaigns. Job Qualifications

Required:

US: Bachelor's Degree in business marketing science or engineering required. MBA  or Master's strongly preferred. EU: University degree with technical and/or economical background (with high technical affinity) or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years with relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in the marketing field required.  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a medical device or other life science industry required.  Minimum of 3 years global marketing experience required.  Experience with campaign development and execution in collaboration with digital and PR agencies. Fluency in English. MS Office skills. Project management in medical device development. Presentation skills

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $131,345.00 - $183,883.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
