This position will be responsible in developing industry content to showcase the capabilities of Oracle Analytics products.  You will work independently as well as with cross-functional teams across other platform products to develop assets that will be used by sales teams to demonstrate how analytics can solve industry business problems.  You should be able take a use case in an industry and either extend an existing dataset or develop a fictitious dataset that will support a demo of solving a problem.  This data will then be modeled so that visualizations can be built out to develop a demo.  

 

This role requires extensive knowledge of Oracle Analytics Cloud.  Experience with Fusion Data Intelligence is a plus. Understanding of star schemas and how to create fictitious data sets to support demo building scenarios. Data modeling experience with Data Sets in Workbooks, BI Admin Tool or OAC's Semantic Modeling to develop data structures that support the demo. Knowledge of the correct visualizations to use for different types of analysis. Ability to create beautiful compelling dashboards that stand out to viewers. Experience using video editing tools to record videos of demos. Ability to learn other Oracle platform products to showcase integration to OAC.

Basic Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. Customer-centric approach and understanding of user needs. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Excellent organization and planning skills. Critical thinking. Real world analytics experience in at least one industry and be able to develop analytics to solve problems in most industries with limited guidance. Writing experience for demo scripts and blogging.
