Senior Product Manager - OTC
**Key Areas of Accountability** + Perform financial forecasting of product trends, categories to support strategic business plan to propel the company growth as well as maximize market opportunities. + Support the development and implementation of the product strategy that ensures achievement of business goals and drive growth both from organic and new product launches. + Responsible in gathering critical data and insights from important stakeholders which would help develop an annual marketing plan. + Develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials to aid the salesforce in selling the brand. + Collaborate with sales force and medical department to develop patient programs that are in line with strategic direction; leveraging these programs to support market expansion. + Prepare product forecast and monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure availability of stocks. + Ensure assigned projects are on budget and delivered accordingly to plan. + Communicate effectively within the organization to ensure the motivation and alignment of sales force and other stakeholders to achieve product objectives. + Build productive business relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and Influential customers across the country. + Participate in training sessions conducted and recommended by the company. + Strive to consistently uphold Abbotts core values. + Undertake, critically analyze and react to marketing research exercises as required + Execute other duties as may be required by the direct manager and other superiors in the organization **Knowledge & Experience:** + Managerial experience in sales/marketing. + Insight into internal and external customers + Business Development **Competencies required:** + Must have intense attention to details, able to work in a team environment, good organizational skills, and has a multi- tasking ability + Strong communication skills + Influencing and Leadership Skills + Project management + Analytical skills + Strategic thinking + Strong communication skills + Influencing Skills + Leadership Skills + Project management + Basic knowledge in sales and trade + Strategic thinking and visioning + Presentation and Negotiation Skills **Minimum Qualification:** + College education - preferably Marketing or Business Management Graduate + With at least minimum 3 years marketing experience preferably with Urology experience + Preferably with exposure in business development An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
