Sherwin Williams Consumer Brand Group (CBG) is home to two of the most famous brands in the DIY. Ronseal, one of the most established and loved brands in the UK and bold challenger brand Valspar, as well as our extensive trade brands portfolio including Thompsons waterseal and Geocel.

As The Senior Product Manager (SPM) you will be responsible for effective lifecycle management of the portfolio of these products by brand, channel or product category. Delivering a successful new product development program, managing portfolio reviews, product improvement initiatives & margin enhancement and simplification projects.

The Senior Product Manager will have the opportunity to build the product strategy for their brand and have full ownership of the innovation roadmap. With significant cross functional support, including an exceptionally talented R&D team, this role involves a high amount of ownership, commercial exposure and significant opportunities to shape the way we do things.   The SPM is responsible for the future product roadmap and aligning the business to that direction and the ‘go to’ person for their products, known throughout the business as ‘the expert’.
