Senior Product Manager-Separate Account Network
Job Description:

The Role

As part of the Separate Account Network (SAN) product team within the SAN & WAS Product Area, you will be part of a team developing, enhancing, and providing ongoing management of Fidelity Institutional's (FI) 3rd-party Separately Managed Account program. Responsibilities will include product strategy, program execution, data analysis and reporting, and product enhancement rollout and support for FI’s Custody clients using the platform and for 3rd party Separate Account Managers providing strategies on the platform.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

5+ years of proven experience in the financial services industry, ideally with experience supporting investment products for intermediaries, including Separate Accounts

Strong background and interest in product management practices

Understanding of the financial intermediary marketplace specifically with registered representatives, advisors, and broker dealer home office personnel

Strong analytical abilities, and knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and securities

Experience with developing and managing product strategy and product roadmaps

Highly collaborative working style and comfort navigating a cross-functional environment

Strong influencing skills, with the ability to advocate for your product area while maintaining productive long-term working relationships

Ability to translate client and partner needs into relevant requirements to deliver the best possible solutions

Experience tracking industry and competitive trends, including regulatory changes relevant to the product area

Ability to present effectively to external clients, internal partners, and senior leaders

Strong written and verbal presentation abilities, with experience developing compelling executive presentations

Ability to lead internal and external communications and training

Experience finding opportunities and driving improvement in workflow efficiencies across processes

Series 7 preferred or to be acquired within one year

The Team

We are a Product Area that partners and works closely with members of other FI Domains, Client Experience, Relationship Management, FI clients, and 3rd party asset managers to understand marketplace needs that will help prioritize product requirements and development plans. We work with business partners across Fidelity (including Fidelity Capital Markets, FI Platform Technology, Client Experience, Operations & Services Group, Legal, Compliance and Risk) to ensure products are developed and managed effectively.
