Key job responsibilities
The Amazonian Experience & Technology (AET) PXT-Apps team is seeking a Senior Product Manager-Tech who is highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused, and team-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills to drive decisions at the executive level. A successful candidate should thrive in a collaborative, creative, and fast-paced environment with a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results.
This role will be responsible for building a GenAI powered chat assistant for 1.6M+ Amazonians worldwide. This is a highly visible position with the following product management responsibilities:
• Create product vision and roadmap for stakeholders.
• Partner with tech teams to build a scalable tech solution.
• Ship a world class GenAI product to enhance employee experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
