Equipped with a first-of-its-kind 5G network, a passion for change and the power to drive it, we’ll emerge as the nation’s fourth facilities-based wireless carrier and a disruptive force in the market at large. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Define and manage the lifecycle of preloaded and over the top VAS applications + Own the Strategy and P&L for managed VAS apps and manage the relationships with the vendors + Lead cross functional teams through successful delivery of products and services from ideation to launch + Communicate progress on product development and certification activities and facilitate communication between DISH and VAS vendors + Manage vendor relationships and document requirements to VAS vendors + Identify, articulate and communicate the value of the product capabilities, in support of operational agility, and validating those objectives through data collection and analytics **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field of study + 5+ years of experience in new feature development and roadmap management **Skills and Qualifications:** + Solid understanding of the product life cycle management in the US wireless market, wireless carrier back-end systems and the wireless carrier perspective + Prior experience with revenue generating product development and market launch + An entrepreneurial spirit with an independent self-starter mentality, not shying away from ambiguous situations and addressing challenges quickly through creative problem-solving **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
