**About The Team:**
LINQ’s Marketing department is the creative engine behind our mission to empower K-12 districts. **About The Position:**
We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented product marketer who is ready to make a positive impact at a mission-driven company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategy and execution for the Nutrition product suite, which powers over 1 billion school meals every year.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ **GTM Strategy & Execution** : Set and align teams on strategy and drive execution with an eye on outcomes & details. You are okay with ambiguity and generally thrive in it.
+ **GTM Readiness:** Partner with Product Management and Revenue Teams to develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy and plan to support Nutrition segment growth objectives by building and executing GTM plays.
+ **Messaging & Positioning:** Develop compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning to drive the overall strategy and enable internal and external communications. Understand and leverage the value of LINQ’s Payments solutions related to LINQ School Nutrition.
+ **Product Launches:** In partnership with Product Management, you will create, enable and lead LINQ’s GTM process to bring products to market and manage the overall lifecycle in support of customer acquisition, upsell/cross-sell and retention.
+ **Sales Support:** Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product Management teams to develop buyer personas, buyer challenges, and the buyer journey. Create customer-facing materials that effectively communicate the value of LINQ's district and state Nutrition solutions.
+ **Product Insights:** Gain and share a deep understanding of LINQ’s district and state nutrition solutions and how they address key district/school challenges and needs. Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits.
+ **Voice of Customer:** Represent the voice of the market and customer. Provide market analysis and own competitive intelligence programs to differentiate and position LINQ to win. Contribute to case study and impact story creation centered on the key challenges for the buyer persona. Contribute to Win/Loss analysis in collaboration and a strong perspective on why LINQ wins. Understand customer NPS and overall brand share of voice metrics and contribute to the respective programs.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Foster strong collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Revops/Enablement and Client Experience to ensure alignment with GTM processes and revenue goals.
+ **Enable Pipeline Generation: Understand** lead generation and marketing pipeline creation. Craft differentiated value props, messaging, assets and enablement to create, nurture, execute, measure and optimize marketing generated pipeline and conversion to ARR.
+ **Operational Comms:** You will partner with Product Management to optimize operational customer communications including but not limited to release notes, support, and product announcements/launches.
+ **Reporting & Analytics:** Use and evolve our reporting, analytics and insights to inform marketing strategies and optimization. You will implement a robust measurement framework to track ongoing performance to inform optimization and improve overall ROI.
+ ** How We Work:** You will gain deep insights into our current processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing agile marketing practices to improve time to market and overall effectiveness.
**What We Are Looking For:**
+ 8+ years in Marketing, with at least 5 years in Product Marketing
+ Experience with product marketing for enterprise B2B software/ SaaS
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling storytelling and to convey technical information in an approachable, consumable way
+ Drive to learn about K-12 school districts and the Nutrition space in great depth – it's great if you bring experience in one or both to the table
+ Ability to manage multiple projects at once, hitting deadline and coordinating with team members
+ Track record of delivering competitive intelligence, sales collateral, and marketing materials that drive revenue
+ Proven success working with and leading cross-functional teams to deliver results
