Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Product Management team to comprehend and contribute to the details and priorities of upcoming projects and products, their interdependencies, shared components, and feature roadmaps.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SW Architecture, Engineering, Product Management, Product Owners, and Support and Services, to define technical product requirements and the technology roadmap for our core platform capabilities.Take charge of internal software platform releases, ensuring coordination of timelines, priorities, and deliverables with collaborators, internal customers, and team members.Conduct competitor analysis to identify emerging technical trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.Develop detailed technical product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, focusing on technical solutions and implementation.Work closely with SW architecture and engineering teams to prioritize and handle development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SW capabilities to internal and external customers.Supervise product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on technical product features to continuously improve functional quality, user experience, and drive product success.Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to senior management on product performance, technical market trends, and areas for improvement.

What we expect from you:Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar role. Experience in the life science industry is a plus.Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and/or engineering. Familiarity with Kubernetes, service-based architectures, and cloud deployments is highly preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, collaborators, and partners.Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Trello).Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and standard methodologies is a plus.
