About the Role

As a Product Owner for our online accounting solution, Twinfield, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our product. You will work closely with our development teams located primarily in India, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with development teams in India and colleagues in Hoevelaken to deliver high-quality accounting software.

Define and prioritize new initiatives based on the product strategy in close cooperation with Product Management.

Translate business requirements into technical/functional epics and user stories with the help of our Architects and Business Analysts

Oversee the progress of epics/user stories implementation, ensuring they meet the specifications.

Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously improve and fine-tune the software.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Communicate changes and updates to customers effectively.

Manage the product lifecycle, initiating ideas to improve and maintain the product.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business,  or a related field.

Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment in software development.

Understanding of the accounting/accountancy market is a plus.

Fluent in English and good command of Dutch.

Experience with the SAFE framework is preferred.

Experience working with remote teams.

Willingness to travel to our offices in Pune, India (1-2 times a year).

Knowledge of software engineering principles and practices.

Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe.

Understanding of application security principles and best practices.

Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Understanding of APIs and their role in integrating different software systems.

Skills in identifying and optimizing software performance bottlenecks.

Ability to manage and engage with stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
