As a Senior Product Portfolio Operations Associate in the Cybersecurity & Technology Controls organization, you are a significant contributor to your team with a strong knowledge of optimization and integration. You understand what it takes to bring together all the key elements of a product line and its products to ensure coordinated outcomes.
Job responsibilities Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives Documents end-to-end processes related to cybersecurity products, assessments, and strategies Prepares a corresponding set of Technology Control Procedures, with the supporting documentation, along with measurement instructions to enable independent assessment of control performance Partners with Technology Control Domains and stakeholders to refresh and document the library of Best Practices, Standards and Control Procedures on an annual basis Provides consultancy and support in the fields of technology/cybersecurity controls and industry best practices as needed Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs Takes complex technical concepts and express them with clarity and precision Develops change initiative materials and change timelines Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization Expertise in Technical Writing within cybersecurity Familiarity with technology control frameworks (ISACA COBIT, ISO 27001/27002 and NIST SP800) Proven ability to take complex technical concepts and translates for stakeholders and users Prior working exposure to operations of the product development life cycle and agile methodologies Proven ability to implement operational effectiveness initiatives Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Experience with Confluence Web Collaboration platform, RSA Archer Suite, or Atlassian JIRA
