Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior IT Product Activation Manager to drive the successful activation and adoption of an in-house built Observability platform “Spyglass” with its Digital Experiences extensions, and Observability and Site Reliability Engineering practices and skills - to accelerate Intelligent Operations transformation in Digital Experiences Organization.

This role involves managing the end-to-end process of product activation, working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and user acceptance. The IT Product Activation Manager plays a critical role in driving the adoption and utilization of Spyglass, maximizing value for our internal customers: optimize incident detection rate, incident time to resolve, incidents prevention and product teams’ productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Adoption Roadmap: Develop and execute comprehensive product adoption strategy and roadmap including project plans and timelines, value realization tracking, and communication plan to ensure successful adoption and integration of Spyglass into customers’ modern operations practices.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships to drive high customer engagement for accelerated adoption. Collaborate with customers and their end-users, to understand and collect functional and non-functional requirements (usually as an input for quarterly PI Planning cycle) along with priorities and desired sequence of deliverables aimed to deliver the business value faster. Address customer concerns and promote the benefits of Spyglass. Work with the customer to ensure they are effectively leveraging and finding value in our product, collecting and documenting their success stories.

Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end product adoption project, serving as an enabler for the successful implementation. Utilize your project management skills to navigate complex challenges, ensure flawless execution, manage risks and issue resolution, drive Agile ceremonies, and work with agile teams, or leverage different project management approaches to deliver agreed scope on time

Training: Leverage available Spyglass and DE observability materials and cooperate with DE Horizontal SREs and Product team SREs develop and deliver tailor made training program, workshops, documentation and CoEs to facilitate user onboarding and enable effective utilization of Spyglass.

User Support and Feedback: Establish processes and channels for user support during adoption period, addressing queries, issues, and feedback related to newly adopted capabilities. Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of user concerns, fostering a positive user experience.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of product adoption roadmap. Regularly monitor and analyze data to assess value realization, adoption rates, user satisfaction, and overall performance. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and senior management.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

A track record of success in driving successful IT product activations, digital transformation, or similar initiatives within high-performing organizations.

Exceptional strategic thinking and vision, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans and drive transformative change.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.

Passion for technology and a deep understanding of IT systems, software development, and emerging trends. Willingness to learn our product to be able to effectively serve our customers

Additional qualifications that would be of additional benefit:

Experience in various Project Management methodologies (Agile, CCPM, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Hands-on experience in IT Operations

Participation in Software Engineering Lifecycle works with agile team

Observability and SRE skills
