Tennis Channel is looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to join the Production Management team as one of the main points of contact for studio productions. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a live studio environment working with other tennis loving professionals. 

This role works in our Santa Monica, CA office.

In this role, you will:

Work closely with other departments to ensure budget considerations & crew assignments are communicated quickly & efficiently. Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner including creating daily schedules, production books, requesting certificates of insurance & creating purchase orders. Oversee all logistics of on location productions from start to finish, specifically crew movements, equipment shipments, and vendor communication. Work with crewing team to hire control room, stage and remote crews for 320 live days of tennis and 150+ days of pickleball. Support crew for on location filming & ensure the onboarding process is complete prior to filming. Coordinate with travel team to including booking flights, hotels & rental vehicles. Research & book locations, oversee permitting & handle all administrative tasks associated with those responsibilities including securing vendor paperwork, releases & processing payment. Handle all daily communication including updating the shoot schedule, sending shoot emails & creating call sheets. Work and maintain Xytech, our new data base driven crewing and production platform.  Help with inventory management, organizing supplies, and shipping.  Oversee our great team of Production Assistants.  Work some nights, weekends and holidays as needed. 

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree is a plus 4-5 years’ experience as a production assistant or production coordinator  Able to lift medium weight and move large cases Some occasional travel

The base hourly compensation range for this role is $29.00 to $32.24 per hour. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
