We are looking to a Senior Production Designer. In this role, you will collaborate with creative leadership, project management, and video production on creative projects across a wide range of digital and print media. You will be responsible for the creation of graphic assets while maintaining brand guidelines and adhering to production processes and department workflows. While your consistency and attention to detail is second to none, you also know how to flex brand guidelines to meet the needs of a project. You have a proactive approach; continuously seeking excellence in creative outputs and execution of tasks; great communication skills; and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.Responsibilities: Execute multiple creative projects across a variety of mediums: print, digital, PowerPoint, web, social and video. Create, edit, correct, and manipulate digital and print assets for a variety of instances from large scale prints to digital demand generation graphics. Work with Art Directors to execute approved creative as well as manage print specs without skipping a beat. Collaborate with creative leadership, accounts, project management, and video production to manage the development of content and layout for projects assigned. Ensure that project outputs meet requirements for delivery across multiple channels (e.g. print, digital, video, and email). Ensure brand consistency across multiple assets, work with multiple identities concurrently. Ensure project objectives are successfully met through effective collaboration with leadership, internal, cross-divisional, and external partners as projects require. Qualifications: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit that can manage a project throughout all stages of production. Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to learn existing and new workflows. Produces technically correct print- or digital-ready materials. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen for understanding to execute work that meets business objectives. Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines. Manages own time throughout the execution of the work, ensuring that creative projects are completed on time. Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Communicates and interacts effectively with peers, senior management and internal partners across all topics from business to creative. Skills:  Excellent knowledge of design production techniques, practices and technologies. 7+ years of production design in a fast-paced environment. Experience with creative across a variety of disciplines. Experience working on large scale projects. Portfolio of design and production work that include a range of digital banner ads, print materials, PowerPoint presentations, web design, basic video editing and sales materials. Highly proficient in industry standard design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Acrobat; Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, Keynote, Sketch, Adobe XD). Extra Credit: Proficiency in Wrike, Workfront or related Project Management software. Familiarity with Wordpress and After Effects.
