Your role and responsibilities

You will be Mainly Accountable for:•Organizing and allocates resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently. •Responds to resource issues as necessary.•Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.•Identifying and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.•Ensuring execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines.•Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance.•Managing the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams.•Creating Engineering BOMs for metal and plastic manufactured in feeder factory.•Ensuring (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates, and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.•Living ABB’s core values of HSE and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Qualifications for the role

5+ years of experience.knowledge of both conventional and CNC machines(lathe/milling/drilling/presses), in addition to other metal processing(metal cutting, bending, welding)Knowledge of CAD/CAM programs (SolidWorks/AutoCAD is a plus)Managing multiple tasks with efficient time management.Previous experience in metal shaping industries
