**Title:** Senior Production Lead **Location:** United States-Oklahoma-Oklahoma City **Job Number:** 16439 The Sr. Production Lead is responsible for establishing and monitoring aircraft maintenance and accurately completing aircraft paperwork to ensure safe and timely delivery. SHIFT: Monday through Friday 3:30 pm to 2 am (OT as required) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Assist in the supervision of all personnel and operations on shift. + Keep aircraft maintenance on schedule. + Establish mechanic work priorities. + Ensure work performed adheres to high quality standards. + Effectively interact with customer representatives. + Maintain thorough knowledge of all processes and equipment. + Report any process and equipment problems. + Organize work for smooth operation. + Ensure that established policy, rules, and regulations, and procedures are followed. + Responsible for all processes, equipment, employees, safety, and housekeeping of the area and meeting production quality and quantity standards while maintaining project schedule. + Supervise Lead Mechanics, ensuring maintenance procedures are followed. + All other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE + Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT + **Constantly:** Lifting 10 lbs., standing, walking, wrist flexion and extension, environmental weather conditions. + **Frequently:** Lifting ≤40 lbs., push/pull <20 lbs., climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling for extended periods, working in confined spaces. Working above chest-level, overhead, and away from body for extended periods. Bending, twisting of torso, twisting and/or pressure with wrist/hands, fine finger usage, moderate vibrations up to 2 hrs. to high vibrations up to 30 mins. Vision with/without correction; near <20”, far >20’, and basic depth perception (shapes).
