A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means that you’ll be part of a team that enables the strategy of internal partners including Marketing, Target Enterprise Services, Store Operations/Communications, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a broad range of responsibilities including planning, prepress, design, color management, print production, finishing, kitting, fulfillment and distribution.

Schedule: This role will require working a rotating red/blue schedule from the hours of 6pm - 6am with some weekends.
This role is 100% onsite at our Target Printing Services facility located in Brooklyn Park, MN.
About you:
Four year degree or equivalent experience in an operational or print shop setting
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgement in demanding situations
Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem solving skills
Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination
Must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands including overnight, weekends and holidays
