Xerox is seeking a dynamic sales professional with experience in production printing equipment and software for our Production Tiger role. The position is accountable for selling Xerox’s High End Production Hardware and Software Portfolio, including Xerox Freeflow Core, XMPie, Iridesse, iGen, and Baltoro solutions. This sales leader will provide industry and product expertise to clients in collaboration with our Xerox direct and indirect sales teams. Coverage includes developing opportunities with current customers and creating New Logo sales.

Primary Responsibilities:


Responsible for generating equipment and software sales to meet individual revenue targets supporting all of Texas 

Continuous learning of the graphic communications industry, Xerox Production and competitive technologies, and other print and workflow industry trends

Create and manage annual sales strategies and plans with multiple partner sales teams

Engage accounts at all levels (including VP and C-level) to understand client strategic objectives and operational priorities

Prepare proposals with in-depth operational and financial analysis

Lead execution of solution implementation and ramp up at client location

Assist with ongoing client management

Frequent overnight travel up to 50%

Diligence with sales reporting activities into Salesforce.com

Ability to develop client insights to create impactful proposals

Assertiveness and patience to lead and manage multiple, long and complex selling cycles

Strong business and financial acumen to develop strategic and financial justification for proposed solutions

Comfort and confidence working with C-Level executives in client businesses

Familiarity working in Salesforce.com or similar sales CRM system

Self-starter who can efficiently manage their own daily activity

Confidence to share new concepts and best practices with the team

Humility to continue to learn from others
