As\na Senior Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally\nacross the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our\nbusinesses' capacity to meet customer demand. You will report directly to our\n[title] and you will work out of our Chandler, Arizona location on a hybrid\nwork schedule.
In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning &\nexecution process within the manufacturing and production planning domain. You\nwill execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and\nmanage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning,\ninventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply\nchain issues. As the Senior Production Scheduler, you will lead the activities\nrelated to the purchase of material, material planning, production planning,\ninventory control, and shipping/receiving. You will lead the development of AOP\nand STRAP, provide direction to your team to achieve organizational objectives\nand drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will be a\nproven team leader and can lead complex global project teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute the monthly plan\n(SIOP) and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time\nshipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Drive efficiency across the supply\nchain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply\nschedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support\nof the operating plan (SIOP).
• Strategize with the broader supply\nchain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in\nservice, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, order\nfulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.
• Anticipate and mitigate implications\nof problems and gaps to the plan (SIOP) and accurately communicate/escalate.
• Responsible for all Master Data at\nthe site for PeopleSoft ERP.
• Liaison between cross-functional\ndepartments; i.e. Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, and\nManufacturing.
• Responsible for identifying areas for\nprocess improvement and development within all levels of the operation.
• Challenge current manufacturing\nstrategies to ensure that the best process and most customer-oriented\nstrategies are being utilized.
• Accountable for team key metrics:\nInventory accuracy; safety stock; customer on-time delivery (OTTR); Drive root\ncause and corrective actions.

YOU MUST HAVE
• 6+ years' experience in Supply Chain\nwithin a manufacturing environment
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's Degree in Materials\nManagement, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement\nLogistics, or Manufacturing
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Expert in material control systems\nsuch as MRP/SAP systems
• APICS or CPIM Certification
• Strong project management and\nproblem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and solve complex\norganizational problems
• Ability to influence and collaborate\nwith all levels of the organization
• Expertise in leading/driving change\nand mentorship for new leaders or peers
