High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment 1+ years of experience paint experience  Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to in being able to work rotating shifts and hours

What you'll do...

Supervise, evaluate, and empower a team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements Gain specific paint knowledge in our own paint university by becoming a student in Ford’s self-paced, online courses  Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts Drive to exceed personal/team/Company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards through servant leadership Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams Support peer team by training, coaching and developing newly hired and promoted Supervisors. Optimize throughput in accordance with budgets and cost objectives.   Maintain and oversee the vacation calendars for both hourly and salaried employees Handle and coordinate manpower goals in conjunction with all required departments
