Job Description A financial services client is looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large batches, preferably with TWS, and strong expertise in PL SQL (Oracle), Unix shell scripting, or Python. This role requires a deep understanding of incident and problem management processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to debug complex technical issues. Experience with Market/Credit risk and familiarity with Java and JVMs are advantageous. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in the above technologies and within a Product Support role. Extensive experience with managing large batches, preferably with TWS. Strong expertise in PL SQL (Oracle) and the ability to create and troubleshoot complex queries. Proficiency in Unix shell scripting or Python, with experience in automation. Good understanding of incident and problem management processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong debugging skills across the mentioned technologies. Familiarity with Java and JVMs is a plus. Prior software development background is a plus.
