Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
Monitoring and improving productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality, and cost-conscious mannerDeveloping and creating training plans to maximize workforce capabilityLeading Compliance, as well as Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goalsDriving LEAN manufacturing implementation
Quality Expectations:
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years in production, supply chain experience. Ability to lead and develop teams. Bilingual Computer skills Lean Manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Masters Prior Team Leading experience OMLP/ETLP graduate Quality Systems knowledge Ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity Inventory Control knowledge Teamwork oriented Continuous improvement experience
