Job Description:
Act as the Continuous Improvement expert for all EOG specific system transformation & process improvement in partnership with CognizantDrive the execution of the initiatives within the assigned Process Improvement portfolio.Ensure the timely execution of the overall program portfolio.Develop options and recommendations to drive critical decisions.Implement the appropriate governance/ SteerCo structure to drive cross functional visibility and transparency across P&D and CTS OperationsPartner with assigned Project Manager to proactively identify risks and suggest appropriate mitigation plans aligned with project dates, project milestones, and project schedule.Drive strategic interlocks with CoreLogic & Cognizant stakeholders to propose transformation changes as well as system enhancements/ improvements.Partner with the Business Stakeholders to create and maintain the transformation roadmap with appropriate sign-offs and executive buy-in across all levels.Deliver process transformation collateral i.e. process maps, user journeys, waste identification, system improvements, post project value realization etc.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process alongside the Project Manager to complete UAT prep, execution & sign-off.Identify potential change management challenges and devise appropriate strategies that maximize adoption through clearly defined success criteria.Actively monitor production data (during and post hypercare) to identify any systemic fixes.Collaborate with the IT Technical Product Managers (TPM) and Business Analysts (BAs) on technical writing in terms of cataloging business requirements and converting them to user stories.Propagate the Business Process Improvement value across the organization in partnership with other BPI Leads on the team to become the true ‘digital’ change agents.Sensibly escalate critical issues that can become potential showstoppers to ensure smooth delivery of the program milestones.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree7+ Years executing large-scale information technology enabled projects in an Operations environment.Technically skilled to work cross-functionally with data and technology teams, experience working in a hybrid operations environment (offshore/ onshore teams)Understanding of project management best practices like agile, scrum, etc. Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) is a plus.In-depth working knowledge of enterprise grade systems like SFDC & data warehousing like Google Big Query and data visualization tools like Tableau are highly desirable.Comfortable working with sophisticated technologies; exposure to driving innovation by leveraging Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) techniques is a plus.Motivated, organized self-starter, able to solve routine or complicated problems effectively and drive projects to successful completion.Skilled to convert big rock ideas/ concepts into tangible projects that drive operational improvements.Comfortable with authoring many types of documents, including agendas, action/project plans, and presentations.Strong skills with spreadsheets and a variety of data/information.Experience with regularly used tools – MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence etc.Passionate about driving business process improvement initiatives, highly experienced in executing projects at a Master Black Belt/ Black Belt level.Comfortable with authoring many types of documents, including agendas, action/project plans, business cases, high level use cases, and presentations. Strong skills with spreadsheets and a variety of data/information.Willingness and ability to manage multiple projects at once.Able to work independently.A passion for technology and an ability to identify new opportunities for efficiency and productivity.Experience managing project financials including an in-depth understanding of ROI.CoreLogic's Diversity Commitment:
