WHO YOU”LL WORK WITH
The SNKRS Digital Marketing team is part of part of the wider EMEA Digital Marketing team. You will be an integral part of the EMEA SNKRS team reporting directly into the SNKRS Digital Marketing Director.
You will be driving cross-functional collaboration involving other functions such as the NRG Offense, Nike Digital, Platform, Consumer Field of Plays and other relevant functions such as Product Merchandising. You will also collaborate with Global, other Geo teams and the SNKRS NYC studio to ensure the delivery of a seamless end to end digital experience. You will also be working closely on analytics to monitor, provide insights and opportunities for optimization of SNKRS content/experiences and fundamentally deliver on our business KPIS (engagement/retention/acquisition targets/achieve demand).
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a talented Digital Marketeer to join the SNKRS Digital Marketing team in EMEA and who is looking to accelerate their career and learning in one of the most dynamic areas of Nike Marketing.
The ideal candidate will be creative and enjoy making content to help mold the SNKRS culture. You will be a great partner who is curious and likes to collaborate with large teams and isn't afraid to throw out an idea during a strategy session.
You are a self-starter, result- driven individual with a keen eye for innovations, analytics, reporting and verbal/written communication skills to work across diverse teams and partners.
You have a sharp understanding of the value of a premium consumer experience for Nike Members.
You are thoughtful about the consumer, understand and know sneaker- & street culture and are passionate about fashion and style.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
Manage the daily flow of content in SNKRS, from thread drops and storytelling updates to high-heat launch coordination and feed merchandizing
Creating premium digital consumer journeys & experience for Nike Members and driving innovative, industry-leading initiatives and new approaches to connect with consumers via SNKRS
Work closely with the NRG offense teams as well as Geo Consumer Field of Play brand teams to develop seasonal plans that integrate SNKRS to drive cultural relevance for Nike by connecting with our most discerning consumers
Partner with the SNKRS Global and S23 studio teams to create features and elevated launch plans that connect with the evolutionary roadmap for the SNKRS app and its function, while also amplifying the community-building strategy of the app
Maintain agency relationships and drive partner communication related to Brand plan execution when SNKRS is at the center, while also supporting daily content creation needs
Partner with the SNKRS merchants, the NRG offense and Consumer Field of Play counterparts to understand seasonal priorities and develop communication plans to support those priorities
Engage in the Consumer Code process to drive seasonal planning, closely partnering with the cross functional teams, to drive alignment on seasonal priorities, KPI’s, and hind sighting process.
Assist with the management of budgets including monthly tracking and accuracy of POs (purchase orders) created by the team.
Create recaps to share plans, best practices and new strategies with internal stakeholders to help educate partners about SNKRS and grow the platform
WHAT YOU BRING
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below essential requirements to be considered:
Solid experience in a digital or brand marketing role, including working within a cross-functional environment
Key stakeholders’ management skills will be critical to drive clarity in workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations).
A great balance of Art (creativity and understanding sneaker and street culture, having cultural awareness) as well as science (exceptionally strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required).
Consistent track record of marketing projects, ideally with a strong focus on cross functional marketing, with good grasp on digital platforms
A demonstrable understanding of the lifestyle marketing and Nike’s position within it, regarding the constant evolution of this industry.
A proven track record of connecting with our consumer through insight-led execution of cross-functional brand marketing campaigns
Demonstrated knowledge about creative best practices for digital marketing
Proven skill to manage different workstreams simultaneously and to prioritize work when needed
